1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Coaches App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Coaches App regarding your use of the application and related services.

2. Description of Service

Coaches App is a tennis coaching management software that provides:

• Customer and student management
• Lesson scheduling and planning tools
• Invoice generation and payment tracking
• Coach management and portal access
• Web-based registration portal for customers
• Cloud synchronization across devices

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App for business purposes.

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

Coaches App offers both free (Basic) and paid (Pro) subscription plans. The Pro subscription provides access to advanced features and unlimited usage.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support through reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to store or transmit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates third-party rights

6. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of Your Content
• Obtaining necessary consents from individuals whose data you store
• Maintaining appropriate backups of Your Content
• Complying with data protection laws (GDPR, etc.) as the data controller for customer information

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Coaches App and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coaches App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coaches App from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your devices and cancelling any active subscriptions.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or our business.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
